Full Flow Oil Conversion Kit for the Flathead Ford

This system is a 100% full flow system, meaning ALL of the engine's oil will be pumped through the filter before entering the engine. The oil pump is modified to redirect oil flow out the bottom of the pump. The oil is then pumped through a 1/2" stainless steel tube and out the side of the oil pan via a bulkhead fitting to a remotely mounted spin on oil filter. The filtered oil is then sent back to the oil return port at the rear of the engine.

No modifications are necessary to the engine except a 3/4" hole has to be drilled in the side of the oil pan. The instructions will show you exactly where to drill the hole.
All supplied fittings are opened up to at least .375" to provide maximum oil flow.
Works with all flatheads from '32 to '53. We make one kit for '32-'48 engines and another for '49-'53 engines. The only difference between kits is the length of the 1/2" stainlesss steel tube.
'32-'48 engines require the use of a '49-'53 truck pick up tube
'49-'53 engines should use a rear sump style oil pan (truck or Mercury pan). '49-'53 Ford car pans, that are center sump style, will most likely not provide enough clearance for the oil pump without some modification to the pan. Feel free to email us with any questions about pan modifications.
